Tuition for 2008-2009 school year
Tuition in Montessori schools is often higher because of the extensive materials, encompassing environment, curriculum, and trained staff. To give your child the finest possible experience in his/her most sensitive years is to give him/her a strong foundation throughout his/her life. Many educators believe that it is wiser to invest in a child's early education than his college education. The child who enjoys learning and becomes self-directed at an early age will benefit throughout his entire life.
Children's House : $5850 paid in 10 monthly installment of $585. Upon enrollment into the Children's House program, there is a $400 non-refundable deposit to secure the child's space for that year. There is also a one time Extended Day fee of $1400 that covers the additional cost for your child's Extended Day/Kindergarten year as well as secures the space for that year.
Elementary : $8550 paid in 10 monthly installments of $858. Upon enrollment into the Elementary program, there is a $1000 non-refundable tuition deposit to hold your child's space for the upcoming year.
Tuition is all inclusive: Student fees, parent education meetings with guest speakers, field trips, special programs, books, materials, teachers in-service seminars, etc. Montessori Children's Community assumes all the costs for its programs and does not subsidize tuition with volunteer parent fundraising, annual giving or donations from foundations, corporations, etc.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer scholarships or reduced tuitions at this time.
